That being said I went on a nice 3 mile walk this morning and came home starving! Eggs are my go-to because they have awesome protein, but let me tell you, eggs all-day-everyday gets rather old. So today I decided to spice things up a bit. I made the eggs sunny side up and added pepperoni. That with in itself was RAD, but to top it off, I made an amazing sauce to go with it.. mayo, dijon mustard, and lemon juice. To. Die. For. Then I added a green, good old avocado and for a little carb, corn tortillas. To say my breakfast was amazing would be an understatement. Chalk this one up to one of the meals I'll be using for awhile!
