M'm m'm GOOD Banana Pancakes

In the summer time, I am most definitely a fan of yummy light breakfasts that fill me up and have awesome protein. This amazing recipe was introduced to me years ago by my dear friend, Sarah..over the years we tweaked it and now you could say it's practically perfection. ;) All the ingredients you need are:

  • Eggs
  • Bananas 
  • Plain oatmeal 
  • Vanilla Extract 
  • Cinnamon
Depending on how many people you are making them for will depend on how much you use of each ingredient. The basic rule of thumb is, for every banana you use, you add 2 eggs and 2 cups of oatmeal. Once you have all your ingredients, mix, add a touch of vanilla extract and cook on the stove. I add the cinnamon on top for extra sweetness and of course my favorite fruits! Voila! Yum! Enjoy!
