Flourish Christmas Edition

Hi friends!
I hope everyone had a restful weekend and is ready to tackle the week! I wanted to share my Friday night fun with you all! My church (Covenant Church) hosted a women's event on Friday night at the big campus in Carrollton. It was a PJ party (funny story about that) with Christmas movies, vendors to get some shopping out of the way, a raffle with FABULOUS prizes, pizza, candy, popcorn, and of course fellowship! What more could girls ask for??? The movie played was White Christmas, a classic!

My attire for the night was definitely out of the ordinary for me but I absolutely loved it! I got my PJs from Old Navy and I crazy about them. I do recommend going down a size because they do stretch but they are comfy, light, and warm! The slippers are Lucky Brand from Ross.

*side story* I was planning on going to this event a few weeks before it happened, I saw via social media that PJs were the attire for the night. Thankfully I have Christmas PJs, but my mom and Sarah didn't. So they had to scramble something together and to say the least they were dragging their heels about wearing PJs because they had both been in cute outfits; but I forced them and we jetted off in the car for a girls' night of fun! We get to the church and to our shock, maybe 10 out of 300 women were in PJs. I was rolling on the floor laughing! It was a had to be there moment for sure, but if you can imagine the shock you would be in if you showed up to a women's event that was supposed to be a PJ party and maybe 3 or 4 people actually did it. LOL A definitely colorful side story to the night that made it all the more comical. Of course this didn't stop me or my pals from going but I had to push a little. ;)

The night was a blast (even though I didn't win anything)! It was wonderful quality time, lots of laughs, and just carefree, exactly what I needed before school picks up.

If I share my favorite vendor from the night it would have to be Bracha jewelry (careful if you click on the link, the jewelry is absolutely beautiful and could be addicting). The jewelry is a PERFECT Christmas gift and if you sign up for their email list you get 10% off! CLICK IT!!

It had to be one of the most fun Christmas things I've done in awhile! Cheers to the Christmas season, girl time, laughter, friendship, and of course shopping!
