Homemade Chicken Nuggets!

Who doesn't love chicken nuggets? Homemade, takes the cake!!

I am using The Pioneer Woman's chicken nugget recipe!

Ingredients:
2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast 
Vegetable oil

In one container:
1 cup of flour
1 tablespoon of seasoned salt 
Some salt to taste
Some pepper to taste

In the 2nd container:
2 eggs whisked with 2 tablespoons of water (add more as needed)

In the 3rd container:
2 cups of 4C seasoned bread crumbs



This was the dinner as a whole.. not the nugget ingredients. (Yes it was a carb filled meal!)
Container 1, 2 , 3 from left to right. 

Cut the chicken into pieces..not too big not too small.



Pour oil into pot, about one inch thick. 

Add individual chicken pieces into flour then dip in egg then into the breadcrumbs.



Once all the pieces are coated, drop into the oil.
Leave in fryer until golden brown (3-4 minutes) 






I know this isn't the healthiest BUT life isn't grand without some good food splurges every once in awhile!
