Mexico Recap First Night/Day 1

Happy 4th of July, friends!! I hope you all are celebrating the day well!

Wow Mexico was fabulous! It's good to be back on the blog! I hope you all had a wonderful week and are enjoying this first part of July! Today I'm sharing some pics from our first hours in Mexico and the first full day!

Our flight was super easy and quick, the flight was a little more than 2 hours. It almost seemed too easy! The whole family was hyped for this great adventure. My brothers and I had never been to a Mexico all inclusive resort before so we were all very excited for unlimited food, drinks and much more!

Boarded and ready to go!

We made it!! Our drive to the resort was a little over an hour and we weren't the only ones piled in the van so it was definitely a packed car. ;)

When we first arrived we were so excited we almost couldn't contain the excitement!

Who could resist this view?!

We ended our night with a show and bed! Traveling takes it out of you. The room had these fabulous comfy slippers so we snapped a quick pic with them on!

First Full Day:

We woke up the next morning and this was the view for our room! It was lovely!

The breakfast buffet was wonderful! So much food and so much to choose from!

The cappuccino's are wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Cheers to our first day in Mexico!!

Poolside. Reading Beautiful Ruins by Jess Walters. I am not finished with the book yet but it's a very interesting story! I haven't quite decided if it's worth recommending yet, but I will say, the cover is beautiful and the perfect vacation book. ;)

What's Mexico without a hammock?!

Sister sister!!

The first day was spent enjoying the pool! I'll be sharing our second day tomorrow! Stay tuned!

Have a safe and Happy 4th of July!
