New Favorite Breakfast

After my wisdom teeth removal.. the smoothie life was inevitable. And when something is inevitable, you make the absolute best of it and find a million ways to make a smoothie. I finally found a recipe that I love. I know as you are reading this you are probably concerned there are tons of crazy ingredients, well the good news is, it's super simple! I am a huge fan of pineapple, but if you aren't substitute with whatever fruit you like!

Pineapple Strawberry Smoothie Recipe:

  • 1/2  cup of yogurt
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (mine is vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of water (only had water if you like your smoothie more like a drink and not thick) 
  • A handful of frozen strawberries
  • A handful of frozen pineapple
The game changer is a wonderful blender and I'm here to tell you, I recently got the Nutri Ninja Blender and love it! My smoothie is ready within 30 seconds!! Definitely worth it!

This is a super easy breakfast with fruit, protein and sustenance! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
